Mr. Suresh Sapkota (M.B.A.)
Mr. Suresh Sapkota is a MBA graduate from the United Kingdom and has vast experience in academic and business sectors. He started Ambition Academy/College in the year 2006 and working as Managing Director. He started his career with DHL Express, a multinational company as Customer Accounting Manager. Mr. Sapkota has involved himself in conglomerate business includes engineering, finance, hospitality, IT, education and customer service. He represents Board from Promoter Group.

Mr. Umesh Lal Shrestha (B.Sc.)
Mr. Umesh Lal Shrestha is a well-known business person. He is the Managing Director of Quest Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. & the Chairman of Nepal Hockey Association. He was one of the Vice Presidents of Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI). He represents Board from Promoter Group.

CA Shankar Gautam
CA Gautam has pursued Chartered Accountancy (CA) from ICAI India and Dip. IFRS from ACCA, UK. He has completed his Master’s Degree in Business Studies (MBS) from TU, Kathmandu, Nepal.
CA Gautam is currently involved in G.S.N. Associates (erstwhile Gautam Shankar & Associates), Chartered Accountants, Kathmandu as Managing Partner since October, 2011. His core expertise in is Risk advisory, Business Automation, Process re-engineering, Banking, Auditing and Capital Formation. He is Founder of Sewa 360 Private Limited, Kathmandu since 2018 where ERP Software is developed as Service (SAAS). He is also Founder of Grasella Herbs Private Limited, Kathmandu; a startup engaged in medicinal and aromatic plants (MAPs) value chain since 2018. He is Co-founder of Liberty Holdings Private Limited, Kathmandu; an investment company pulling equity from individuals for invested in pre-IPO shares and startups which have demonstrated high growth potential since 2021. He is Co-founder of Annapurna Insurance Services Private Limited, Kathmandu from the start of 2022, with the special motive of providing surveys of claims in insurance industries.
He had served as a Lecturer of MBA Programs (2017-2019) in King’s College, Kathmandu, which is affiliated with Westcliff University, California, USA. He was also Founder/Director/Lecturer (2015-2017) in Gurukul Commerce Academy Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu. Similarly, he was a Lecturer (2011-2015) in Academy of Commerce Pvt. Ltd., CCMA Pvt. Ms. Jyoti Sherchan (Gauchan), MBA (Executive)
Ms. Jyoti Sherchan (Gauchan) is an architect having excellent interpersonal and communication skills. She has very good skills in IT, planning, and designing buildings as well as adequate knowledge of managerial and Investment related work. She is a lecturer at the Institute of Engineering (WRC). She worked in various organizations like United Mission to Nepal (UMN), Creative Builder’s Collaborative (CBC), Orient Engineering Consultancy etc. Moreover, she is a Program Director of Quest International College and has sound knowledge of Management in general wherein responsible for finance planning, enrollment, as well as overall management of the organization.

Ms. Anju Adhikari ,B.A. (Independent Director)
Ms. Anju Adhikari has served more than 2 decades in Nepal Rastra Bank in a different role and Position. She retired from Nepal Rastra Bank as a Deputy Director. She had been Board of Directors in Prabhu Bank for 5 years. She has attended various seminars/workshops on anti-money laundering (AML) in Malaysia, Thailand and Korea.
She represents the Board as an Independent Director.
